A multi-national automotive component manufacturer currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Finance Manager to join the team based in Belgium, reporting into the USA.
Managing a small team you will be producing financial and management accounts and have a solid understanding of integrated ERP systems ensuring that accounting procedures and standards are met. Familiar with Belgium’s legal, statutory and tax rules you will also be responsible for reporting into the USA and will have a thorough understanding of US GAAP. You will be commercially aware, supporting cross functional divisions both operationally and financially providing accurate budgeting and reporting information, combined with solid system implementation skills. Hands on in approach and attitude you will be motivational and develop existing team members providing support and direction in order to achieve company goals. In turn you will be proactive in measuring and benchmarking the company’s performance, implementing a process of complete measurement.
This is a key appointment within the management team it is essential that you have automotive manufacturing experience. The role will be both challenging and demanding and will require the individual to be highly motivated and have a commercial flair. You will have first class leadership skills and be able to communicate at all levels. A knowledge of ERP and Hyperion would be an advantage.
